Meet the Teacher Night
BACK TO BLUE Meet the Teacher Night will be at Quitman Elementary School on Thursday, August 15, from 5-6:30 pm. Students will visit their classrooms and meet their teachers. The event is always an exciting time for students and parents with large crowds attending. Other local organizations will also be in attendance with information on how to join - Boy Scouts, 4-H, Girl Scouts and more. Mark your calendar now for that special kick-off event.

Learning going on at TEPSA Principal’s convention! We are so excited to bring these fantastic ideas to a great new year at Quitman Elementary School!
QISD will be hosting an immunization clinic on Friday August 16, 2019 from 9 AM to 12 PM in the elementary cafeteria. Parents will need to bring a shot record and insurance information. If no insurance, cost will be $5 per shot. Students must be accompanied by a parent.

Band director Michael Barron and band members demonstrated various band instruments to prospective fifth grade band members on Friday. The Proud Blue Band is growing stronger each year.
