So much fun in Mrs. Jeannie Hipp's 8th period PROS class. We exercised acts of kindness by participating in an interactive lesson using technology. Students found 10 kindness challenges posted on the wall throughout the JH campus. Each challenge contained a QR code in which they had to scan & discover a challenge to participate in. One challenge, was expressing kindness & gratitude towards a custodian. We have the best custodians at QJH! Of course, we had to take a picture! 📷️ Another challenge, for example, was putting a post-it note of inspiration on a locker for a friend.

QJH would like to thank all those that helped us with our Fall Dance and Haunted House. In addition to all of our staff members that helped to create an incredible SPOOK HOUSE, we would like to especially applaud: Vanessa Fabela and family, Hayley Russell, Christin Henderson, Cassidy Alcorn, and Mike & Lisa Pence for the time they gave to help us. We would also like to thank Mrs. Ashley Veach, the Student Council and Builders' Club members that helped set up for and decorate for our fun times. We appreciate Ms. Maria Reyes for helping to organize our parents to get everything together. Our JH was able to collect over 1200 cans for the canned food drive that will be donated to our Quitman Christmas Caring and Sharing for the upcoming holiday season. I am so proud of our QJH Village!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Chrystal Ballard Quitman Jr. High Principal
