Alan Degorostiza signs up for egaming club

For the first time in several years, QHS held a club "fair" offering information and sign-ups. About a dozen organizations on campus attended, with most reporting great numbers on their sign-up sheets.

Assistant Principal Camron Frazier, along with Principal Jefferey Tittle organized the event. Frazier sent out information, not only encouraging students to sign up for a club or two, but also encouraging students to create clubs and seek out staff advisors. Frazier said he felt like this fair was a good starting point and hopes to grow the event every year.

In addition to well-known clubs such as the Key Club, FFA, and NHS,  some new clubs are being offered this year. A few of these include the Rotary Interact club (a service organization), a competitive E-gaming club, a photography/AV club, and arts club, and a sign language club.

Club advisors will be reaching out to students who signed up in the coming days and sending out more information on how the students can be involved and when the clubs will begin meeting.
