Quitman High School

Quitman High School math teacher, Julie Sandifer, has been selected to present at the UTeach Institute STEM Educators Conference this summer. Sandifer submitted her session proposal several weeks ago and recently found out she was selected as a presenter. Her session is entitled Blended Learning for Middle/High School Classrooms, and is a result of Sandifer having gone through a semester long online blended learning course offered this semester through the University of Texas and UTeach Institute. Mrs. Sandifer is extremely excited about this opportunity and hopes to share her love of teaching and pedagogy. Her goal is to provide teachers with best instructional practices and that they will come away with tools to implement into their classrooms.
