This allows us to care for your child quickly and efficiently during the school day. Please be sure to complete your portal registration and medication preferences at your earliest convenience.

To help keep all of our students and staff healthy, we kindly ask that you please keep your child home if they are sick.
Students should remain at home until they are:
✔️ Fever-free without the use of fever-reducing medication
✔️ Free from vomiting
This helps prevent the spread of illness and protects our entire school community.
Additionally, if your child has a doctor’s note stating they may not return to school until a specific date, they must remain home until that date or provide a doctor’s release clearing them to return earlier.
We appreciate your partnership in keeping our school safe and healthy for everyone! 💙

Texas CTE Month, celebrated each February, is a public awareness campaign highlighting the importance of Career and Technical Education (CTE) in preparing over 1.3 million Texas secondary students for high-skill, high-demand careers in 460+ fields. It honors educators, counselors, and industry partners who provide hands-on learning, internships, and certifications for college and career success.
Quitman ISD proudly offers 10 CTE Programs of Study which we will highlight over the month of February!

Bulldog family, here is February's activity and events calendar. It's a short and sweet month, but is packed full of events across the district.

Atmos Energy and a licensed plumber have completed a thorough inspection of our elementary campus and have cleared the building for use.
The elementary campus will operate on a regular schedule on Monday, February 2.
